About the role

TP-Link Systems is seeking a highly driven and relationship-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
This role offers significant exposure to business leaders and the opportunity to influence talent acquisition strategy across multiple functions.

Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and other corporate functions.
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Develop proactive talent communities and pipelines for critical business functions.
Deliver regular recruiting updates and hiring metrics to stakeholders.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Create a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.
Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.
Recruiting Operations Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support reporting and recruiting analytics, including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience supporting executive and leadership-level hiring.
Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and talent market analysis.
Experience using Workday Recruiting, Workable, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, required competencies, and organizational objectives.

Preferred Experience recruiting in technology, consumer electronics, telecommunications, or high-growth organizations.
