Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aligned to cost, quality, and supply continuity goals
  • Lead sourcing events (RFP/RFQ) in partnership with Product Development and Analytics teams
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers to optimize value
  • Manage supplier relationships and hold vendors accountable for performance, quality, and service levels
  • Lead joint business planning and ongoing strategic supplier discussions
  • Drive supplier diversification strategies, including geographic and country-of-origin considerations to improve supply chain resilience
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve quality, cost, or supply issues and ensure high service levels
  • Support category strategy by analyzing competitive landscape and informing sourcing decisions
  • Ability to collaborate across global suppliers and time zones
  • The Product Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding domestic and global suppliers that deliver high-quality, cost-effective products to drive competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain
  • Candidates must be in or near Richmond, VA for consideration.
