Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aligned to cost, quality, and supply continuity goals
- Lead sourcing events (RFP/RFQ) in partnership with Product Development and Analytics teams
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers to optimize value
- Manage supplier relationships and hold vendors accountable for performance, quality, and service levels
- Lead joint business planning and ongoing strategic supplier discussions
- Drive supplier diversification strategies, including geographic and country-of-origin considerations to improve supply chain resilience
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve quality, cost, or supply issues and ensure high service levels
- Support category strategy by analyzing competitive landscape and informing sourcing decisions
- Ability to collaborate across global suppliers and time zones
- The Product Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding domestic and global suppliers that deliver high-quality, cost-effective products to drive competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Typically requires 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain
- Candidates must be in or near Richmond, VA for consideration.
