About the role
- We're seeking a Security & IT Manager to develop and maintain Clark's technology infrastructure and ensure end-to-end security across all systems and processes.
- In this fully onsite position, you'll partner with leadership, engineering, and operations to safeguard our data, manage IT operations, and drive a culture of security as we scale.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive IT and security frameworks
- Lead incident response and manage security breach investigations
- Provide IT support and hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Manage vendors and evaluate new technologies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT management, security, or a related field, preferably in technology or SaaS
- Deep knowledge of security best practices, frameworks, and tools (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, cybersecurity principles)
- Experience in high-growth startups or enterprise technology environments
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance landscapes impacting AI and SaaS
