About the role
- Preparing reports, manuals, and technical memorandums
- Preparing proposals and engineering fee estimates
- Ensuring quality control procedures are completed as per Binnie's Organizational Quality Management (OQM) Policy
Responsibilities
- You make-and own-your decisions.

- Binnie is looking for a Civil Design EIT to join our Development Squamish Division, which provides professional services for municipal infrastructure programs, large multi-family housing projects, and major commercial and industrial developments.
- You will carry out design work on projects from conceptual level through to detailed design and construction.
- Preparing design drawings using AutoCAD or Civil3D

Requirements
- Completed Degree in Civil Engineering and registration as an EIT with EGBC
- Minimum of 2 years of related professional work experience in an engineering or other related professional environment
- Sound working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, other consultants and contractors
- Ability to work cooperatively and productively in a team environment
- Ability to consistently maintain a high degree of accuracy and quality in work
Nice to have
- Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle preferred
Skills
- Strong written communication skills including technical report writing

- The salary for this position is commensurate with experience; the salary range for this position is $79,325 - $114,700 annually.
