Golub Capital is looking for a skilled research team leader to manage BT&A's executive research and relationship intelligence function.
Driving efforts to maintain high-quality data across CRM and other databases
Due to the highly regulated nature of Golub Capital's business and because of the sensitivity of the information that all personnel have access to, Golub Capital performs extensive and thorough pre-hire screens to ensure that its personnel act with expected levels of integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility.

Leading the development of innovative tools to increase the breadth, depth and speed of the team's research capabilities and ability to map and surface non-obvious relationship insights
Robust track record of delivering high-quality deliverables to an executive audience
Experience managing a small team as a player-coach with a growth-oriented mindset
Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, limitations and appropriate use of AI generated outputs
Ability to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time and priorities effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required, preferably in business, journalism or the humanities
7+ years of work experience; financial services industry preferred
Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI) and Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
Extreme attention to detail
Strong communication and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive cross-functional partnerships
Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative Gold Standard hybrid work culture

7+ years of work experience
Strong working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Dynamics CRM preferred), LinkedIn and professional social networks, data stewardship best practices and relationship intelligence concepts

For New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $140,000 to $185,000.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered.
If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $140,000 to $185,000.
