- As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between prospects, customers, and internal product teams.

Responsibilities
- You'll lead product demonstrations, manage technical evaluations, answer complex workflow and integration questions, and ensure prospects feel confident in both the technology and its real-world impact.
- Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales.

- $80,000-150,000 base and $160,000-300,000 USD OTE, based on experience + equity + benefits

- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare informatics, computer science or a related field.
- A willingness to come onsite 5 days a week at the Charta Health Headquarters in San Francisco, CA (preferred).
