About the role

Your experience includes leading large teams (including indirect leadership through supervisors), driving performance in environments that combine manual assembly and automation, and managing highly technical or regulated manufacturing processes.

Lead a highly complex, mixed manual and automated manufacturing operation, driving performance, quality, and culture across a 100+ employee site while setting a new standard for operational excellence.
Own end-to-end production performance in a highly complex environment, balancing manual-intensive processes with automation to optimize throughput, quality, and equipment utilization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean methodologies and waste reduction strategies, to enhance productivity, reduce cost of non-quality, and improve operational efficiency.
Partner with senior leadership to review financial forecasts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop long-term strategies that support sustainable growth and operational stability.

You bring strong operational and financial acumen, with experience analyzing production metrics, forecasting performance, and aligning manufacturing outcomes with business objectives.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You have Lean Leadership certification (or equivalent) and a proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives, including waste reduction, process optimization, and cultural transformation.
