Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion for the Display organization.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including channel accounts and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to create effective sales strategies and optimize product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, SCM, and Finance to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- This role will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment with regional business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in the display industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with B2B sales channels and market data tracking.
- Understanding of PSI, CPFR, and P&L processes.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 12-14 years of relevant industry experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for peer, outward, and upward interactions.
