Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose building mechanical systems (including but not limited to: RTUs, split systems, VRFs, boilers, chillers, AHU and VAV).
- Support Service Manager with warranty and non-warranty issue resolution.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of trade related work experience.
- This position will be primarily responsible for the daily field activities required to execute aftermarket projects, T&M Labor, Preventative Maintenance Agreements and help manage the guys.
- Assist Project Manager with installation training when required.
- HVAC Journeyman license and EPA Certification. At least 1 year of trade related work experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
- OSHA 10-hour safety certificate

- The primary objective of this position is to perform daily activities of a Commercial Service Technician under the direction of the Service Manager.
- This position will be primarily responsible for the daily field activities required to execute aftermarket projects, T&M Labor, Preventative Maintenance Agreements and help manage the guys.

- The Mechanical Service Technician is responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships, maintaining expert knowledge on HVAC equipment, providing and maintaining quality workmanship and documentation, coordination of post-sale work, verifying safety standards are met, and issue resolution.
