Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) experience working as a carpenter in heavy highway or structural operations, commercial, industrial, or military construction operations setting, including rough carpentry required.
- Ability to pass drug and background screening.

- Brice Construction & Design LLC. has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance.
- Eligible after 1 year of service, must be taken within the calendar year.
Skills
- Knowledge of structural bridge elements and concrete formwork systems.
- All around knowledge of materials, terms, and practices in construction field.
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
- Experience with reading plans and understanding tasks at hand.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.
- Work requires professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well in group problem solving situations.
- Ability to actively listen and follow instructions.
- Ability to work productively under pressure and to pay attention to the details of a project or task.
- Strong self-motivation and work ethic; ability to work with or without direct supervision.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
