- Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role involves maintaining and managing financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accounting controls.
Requirements
- BS in Accounting required.
- 3-5 years of work experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- strong spreadsheet skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Confidentiality and integrity.
- Good math skills.

- This is NOT a remote role.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of an accounting information system
- experience with Blackbaud software is a plus.
Compensation

- Coordinate and manage the annual budget process and prepare monthly budget reporting.
