About the role
- Transports patients from place of origin to the appointments in a courteous and timely manner.
- Position requires a high commitment to service excellence.
- Pick up and return of patients as per schedule.
Responsibilities
- Checks and maintains van daily and ensures that it is mechanically safe and clean.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Physical demands include ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Nice to have
- Up to 1 year driving experience required
- patient transportation preferred
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish Preferred
