About the role

This position is assigned to active project sites and requires relocation to project locations throughout the Southeast based on business needs.
Current and upcoming project assignments include Clarksville, AR
and Bridgeport, AL, with relocation to the next project site upon completion of each assignment.

Builds strong partnerships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Drives safe, on-time, high-quality, and profitable project delivery.
Develops and motivates teams through coaching, accountability, and example.

6+ years of project management experience in Heavy Civil or Infrastructure construction.
Strong understanding of civil construction means and methods.
Thorough knowledge of scheduling, cost control, estimating, procurement, and contract administration.
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical and commercial issues.
