About the role

  • Qualifications Education & Experience - Completion of a formal education program in radiography accredited by a mechanism acceptable to ARRT.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality radiologic procedures using appropriate technical and safety methods.
  • Manage resources such as supplies and equipment effectively.
  • Support high-quality diagnostic imaging for oncology patients.

Requirements

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (required for all new hires and transfers).
  • Basic knowledge of radiographic equipment and imaging procedures.

  • Education & Experience
  • Completion of a formal education program in radiography accredited by a mechanism acceptable to ARRT.
  • Credential/Licensure
  • Certification and registration as R.T. (R) ARRT.
  • State license in accordance with regulations in the state where work is performed.
  • Substitution
  • New graduates of an accredited radiography program without ARRT primary certification must obtain certification and registry as R.T. (R) (ARRT) within one year of graduation from an approved program.
