About the role
- Dakota Dental 4 Kids is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team.
- The ideal candidate is professional, team-oriented, and committed to creating a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform coronal polishing, sealants, fluoride treatments, and other expanded duties as permitted by state law
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Support scheduling, patient communication, and other administrative tasks as needed
- The RDA will support the dentist during clinical procedures, help ensure excellent patient care, and maintain a safe and efficient treatment environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
Nice to have
- Experience in pediatric dentistry, surgery, or general dentistry preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent chairside assisting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and safety
- Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
