About the role
- Job Title Assistant/Associate Professor Department Nursing Department Worker Type Regular Pay Type Salary Salary will be commensurate with the level of the position, education, and experience.
- Appointment as Associate Professor requires established record of research/scholarship.
- Consideration may be given to applicants with prior teaching experience at the baccalaureate and/or graduate level.
Responsibilities
- Assistant/Associate Professor (tenure-track position) to teach Nursing through classroom and clinical instruction for baccalaureate students (pre-licensure) and graduate students; to maintain an active research agenda; advise students; and provide service to the institution, community and profession.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in nursing or related field of study by date of appointment
- master's degree in nursing
- minimum of 2 years (24 months) clinical nursing experience
