About the role
- This role also involves acting as a key liaison with internal client-facing teams, explaining trading processes, transaction cost analysis (TCA), and best execution practices.
- Additionally, the role will include responsibilities for supporting Board and governance oversight reporting, ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of trading-related data and insights for senior trading leadership.
- This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering client solutions, process optimization, trading analytics, and governance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact representing Trading for internal client-facing teams, providing clear and detailed explanations of trading processes, transaction cost analysis (TCA), and best execution practices to support client proposals and inquiries.
- Collaborate with quantitative trading strategists to manage and automate client-driven and internal data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of trading analytics, including TCA reporting and analysis, to support decision-making, trading cost evaluation, and client engagement.
- Work closely with trading, technology, operations, and governance teams to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and enhance overall trade reporting efficiency.
- Develop materials that effectively communicate trading strategies, workflows, and data insights, including TCA, best execution practices, and governance reporting, to internal stakeholders, clients, and oversight committees.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in trading, trading analytics, operations, or a related role with a focus on process organization, operational support, trading workflows, and governance reporting.
- Familiarity with transaction cost analysis (TCA) methodologies, best execution processes, industry practices, and governance reporting requirements is highly desirable.
- A team-oriented professional with the ability to work effectively across business, technology, operations, and governance teams.

Compensation
- MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
- $150,000 - 157,000
- This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

- This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
