About the role
- From customer service to operations, are you ready to be the steady hand that keeps our store energized and running strong on any shift?
- We're searching for Assistant Managers who are dependable, driven, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- Open availability is a must, and you should expect to work weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
- Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store-including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
- Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
- Develop into a Store Manager or beyond-your future is wide open.

Requirements
- You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
- You must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
- 18+ years old in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO,
- NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO 21+ years old in all other states Communication Skills:
- Drug test and background check required.
- Especially in Tennessee, where Topshelf Manager Training is required.
- Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a

Skills
- Proficient in English with basic math skills.
- Pass Pre-Employment Screenings: Drug test and background check required.
- Willing to Learn: Especially in Tennessee, where Topshelf Manager Training is required.
- Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification
