About the role
- To thrive in this fast-paced government environment, you should possess excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items in collaboration with Agile Teams.
- Actively participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, system reviews, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Requirements
- Assist with maintaining standardized Agile processes and documentation practices Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar Agile role within a SAFe or Agile environment.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
