About the role
- We are seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our Facilities Services Division.
- In this role, you will oversee the assessment, inspection, and documentation of roofing systems across District sites.
- Your expertise will help determine the overall condition, service life, and repair/replacement needs of roofing systems, ensuring the safety and longevity of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Enter and manage building data using tablets, laptops, and other digital tools.
- Collaborate with survey teams to gather accurate measurements, specifications, and condition data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- OR At least 10 years of roofing/construction experience (4 years of which may substitute for degree).
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction materials, and repair practices.
