Manage and coordinate project resources (human, material and financial) within the defined time and budget conditions, in order to achieve the established objectives.
Manage the performance of suppliers related to the project.
Research and propose techniques, materials or new methods that can optimize project results or solve problems.

Gérer et coordonner les ressources du projet (humaines, matérielles et financières) dans le respect des délais et du budget définis, afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés.
Planifier, gérer et assurer le suivi des projets qui lui sont confiés, tout en veillant à ce qu'ils répondent aux besoins des clients internes ainsi qu'aux normes, délais et budgets établis.
Établir des plans d'action et des calendriers
veiller à l'organisation logistique en mobilisant des ressources internes et externes.
Gérer les performances des fournisseurs impliqués dans le projet.
Rechercher et proposer des techniques, des matériaux ou de nouvelles méthodes susceptibles d'optimiser les résultats du projet ou de résoudre des problèmes.
Élaborer des directives et des procédures relatives à l'utilisation, à l'entretien et à la maintenance du matériel de tournée comprenant des éléments de plomberie
Coordonner la communication avec les parties prenantes du projet et rendre compte de son avancement.

Four to six years of experience in project management, including experience working in a touring show environment (an asset).
General knowledge in the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, and welding/metal structures.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
Proficiency in writing manuals and procedures.
Good understanding of general technical aspects.
Proficient in Microsoft applications in the Windows environment.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks is an asset.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational skills, excellent initiative, and high autonomy.
Proficiency in French and English, both orally and in writing.
Availability and authorization for international travel.
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car is an asset.

Plan, manage and follow up on assigned projects, in addition to ensuring that they meet the needs of internal customers as well as established standards, deadlines and budgets.
