Responsibilities

  • As a trusted partner to school and district leaders, you'll build meaningful relationships, identify opportunities to support student success, and guide organizations through successful implementation of our SEL solutions.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on understanding challenges and delivering solutions that support student and educator success.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to onboarding and implementation planning.
  • Support districts through successful adoption by coordinating training plans, implementation schedules, and ongoing engagement strategies.
  • Conduct virtual trainings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • Attend conferences, regional events, and networking opportunities to build partnerships and generate new business.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and leverage Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

  • We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with SEL curriculum sales, implementation, and professional development, and who understand the challenges and opportunities schools face when adopting new initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience working with large school districts and multi-site implementations.
  • Candidates must reside in Texas
  • Frequent travel throughout the region required

Compensation

  • $63,720 - $86,020 annually
  • $63,020 - $86,020 annually
  • Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
  • Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position.
  • The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency.
