About the role

  • This role is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing social-first content across Clippers-owned platforms while contributing original storytelling ideas and creative concepts.
  • This position requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel throughout the season.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and pitch original content concepts that align with organizational goals, audience interests, and platform trends.
  • Deliver real-time and near real-time content to capitalize on key moments as they happen.
  • Travel as needed to support team activities and content initiatives.
  • Edit and deliver content in multiple formats and aspect ratios optimized for platform-specific consumption.
  • Manage and organize photo and video assets for efficient use across departments.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication when interacting with players, coaches, executives, and external partners.
