- Shop Service Technician Location: On-Site Charlotte, NC We're hiring Jr Shop Service Technicians at Terex!
- As a Jr Service Technician in Charlotte, NC you'll have the opportunity to work in many areas of the Service location.
- This role is intended to provide experience and training to provide a development path to future opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize current technology to support everyday work functions
- We design and manufacture advanced specialty vehicles-including fire, ambulance, and recreational vehicles-alongside waste collection vehicles, materials processing machinery, mobile elevating work platforms, and equipment for the electric utility industry.
- Through our global dealer, parts and service network and true value-creating digital solutions, we deliver best-in-class lifecycle support, helping customers maximize return on investment.

Requirements
- Must have a driver's license and meet Terex qualified driver standards.
- Must be very self-motivating, proactive, and have a self-starter personality with a "can do" attitude looking to be a team player.
- Must be detail oriented with a thorough approach to note taking and documentation.
Skills
- Experience with utility-type equipment, along with Genie &/or JLG
- Experience in general automotive, commercial electronics, and waste recycle industry vehicle knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team-based, safety-focused workplace
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand on concrete 8+ hours per shift
- Able to climb ladders and over and under vehicles.
- Tolerable to heights
- Involves lifting and carrying parts up to 40lbs

- Salary: The compensation range for this position is $24-29 hourly.
