About the role
- This role is for one of our major clients in the financial sector, offering a dynamic and challenging environment where security is paramount.
- As a PAM Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing CyberArk solutions to protect sensitive data and privileged accounts.
- Your expertise will play a critical role in strengthening the client's information security operations and mitigating risks.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, implement, and troubleshoot CyberArk components including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AAM, EPV, and PTA.
- Design and implement CyberArk solutions tailored to business and security needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM solutions into existing security frameworks.
- Provide technical expertise and support in areas such as workstation and server security, OS security (Windows, Linux, Unix), and network security.
- Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business language.
- Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably finance.
Nice to have
- Ensure the security and integrity of privileged accounts within a complex, high-stakes financial environment.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend enhancements to improve security posture.
- Facilitate project management tasks related to PAM implementation and upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in information security, with at least 2+ years in PAM and CyberArk.
- Strong expertise in CyberArk administration and associated tools.
- Deep understanding of security concepts, including operating systems, network security, cryptography, and perimeter defense.
- Proactive, self-starting, and highly organized with the ability to think long-term.
