About the role
- Nanoom Med is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing outpatient practice.
- Candidates with fluency in Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese - or those with strong cultural familiarity and experience serving East Asian communities - are highly encouraged to apply.
- Providers in our practice work both independently and alongside physicians to ensure continuity of care and excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of patient encounters.
- This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients from East Asian backgrounds, many of whom are seniors, while practicing in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment and embrace technology in patient care.
- Candidates with significant experience serving East Asian patient populations are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of medical documentation, coding (ICD-10, HCC), and risk adjustment.
- Active, unrestricted state license and DEA registration.
- Medicare enrollment in good standing or eligibility to enroll.
- Passion for primary care and patient-centered medicine.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
