  • Strong ability to shift from one task to another to address changing production priorities.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • The employee may lift or move objects up to 20 pounds.
  • Employees must grasp, manipulate, or assemble parts and components that are often very small.
