This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex technical concepts into clear, learner-friendly content and is passionate about creating scalable training solutions in a fast-paced tech environment.

Instructional Design & Content Development
Build interactive courses using course authoring tools
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and structure technical content
Lead content review cycles and incorporate stakeholder feedback
Develop training content (eLearning and documentation) to support software product adoption, onboarding, and feature releases

2-5+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, instructional documentation and/or a related field
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content
Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity

Experience in a SaaS or technology environment
Experience with multimedia tools (i.e., Techsmith Camtasia and Audiate, IORAD, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience working in LMS platforms and content publishing
