About the role

  • Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity As a Product Manager within the Small to Medium Business (SMB) portfolio, you will be accountable for the product lifecycle management of Accounting & Integrations solutions within the portfolio.
  • Our roadmap focuses on expanding services that improve merchant satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 3- to 18-month product roadmap for the Accounting & Integrations portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain continuous feedback loops with clients, sales, technology, and operations teams to support product improvements, pilots, and commercial launches.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders during requirements gathering, solution validation, and product demonstrations to ensure solutions meet market needs.
  • Develop business cases and product recommendations that address market opportunities, competitive gaps, and customer requirements.
  • Own portfolio performance, including revenue, product costs, customer satisfaction, adoption, and achievement of defined business and OKR targets.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and communicating product strategy and progress to stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Compensation

  • The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000.
  • Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions.
