About the role
- Title: Clinical Trainer Reporting to: Director, Clinical Training Location: North America We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Clinical Trainer - Aesthetics to join our growing team!
- Conduct re-trainings post clinical complaint event (in person or virtually).
- Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical product/technical assistance and training to physicians and their clinical staff on the effective use of Venus Concept's systems in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
- Manage and strategically prioritize accounts, scheduling, and other clinical training requests effectively.
- Represent Venus Concept by attending trade shows, conferences, and customer or industry related events to build network and market services.

- We may use artificial intelligence (Al) tools to support parts of the hiring process.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and a valid passport.
- Must travel primarily within territory with some travel within North America and International travel as required.
- Availability and flexibility to work when required, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to give presentations to a wide spectrum of audiences, both internally and externally.
- Computer Proficiency (MS Office/Outlook/SalesForce).
- Must have ability to showcase how to perform a treatment and assist others in performing 30-60-minute treatments throughout the course of 6-8 hour training sessions.
- Standing and continuous motion of both arms is required.
- Some international travel as required.
- Academic education shall include RN, LPN, RPN or Aesthetic license.
- Experience in energy-based medical devices is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Must have ability to showcase how to perform a treatment and assist others in performing 30-60-minute treatments throughout the course of 6-8 hour training sessions. Standing and continuous motion of both arms is required.
- Travel primarily within North America. Some international travel as required.
- Additional Requirements:
Nice to have
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience working with or training with capital equipment is a plus.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $80,000-$100,000

- Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Training - Aesthetics, the Clinical Trainer, Aesthetics will work with autonomy from their home-based office and travel extensively through North America to train customers on how to use the Venus Concept family of products safely and effectively.
