About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring operational compliance to all food safety policies and procedures.
  • This role is at a Dairy Foods manufacturing facility for Land O'Lakes, creating dairy products that stand for real, simple goodness.

Responsibilities

  • Perform temperature checks as per SOPs to ensure food safety.
  • Assist with kitchen or production support tasks as directed by floor supervisors or production management.

Requirements

  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Verify the correct product is being packed according to the production schedule and execute product changeovers as required.

Nice to have

  • $ 27.13 per hour plus Shift Differential $1.00 (after 8PM)
  • Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
  • Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present.

Skills

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 6+ months of work experience in any industry
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
  • Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
  • Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
  • Preferred Experience:
  • 1+ year of food manufacturing work experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.

Compensation

  • $ 27.13 per hour plus Shift Differential $1.00 (after 8PM)
