Responsibilities

  • Capture decisions and outcomes, ensure follow-up, provide timely visibility, and improve processes and tools that support organizational efficiency.
  • Design and execute high-quality leadership forums and team engagements including AMAs, Townhalls, in partnership with the admin team, ensuring clear outcomes, strong attendee experience, and follow-through.
  • Manage team vendor budget and planning in partnership with investment area owners, Finance, and business operations partners.
  • Work with EA, admin, HR, recruiting, and finance partners on staffing progress, headcount models, hiring state, PCN/requisition processes, and organizational updates.
  • Partner with Business Managers, the Executive Office, and Microsoft Security partners to scale best practices, common templates, and business operations processes for consistency.
  • Create, track, and report on organizational and business performance metrics relevant to Agentic Security priorities, business operations, people rhythms, finance/headcount processes, and leadership decision-making.
  • Support organizational change management activities, including reorg planning, communications workbacks, leadership updates, distribution list and access updates, and post-announcement follow-through.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Compensation

  • Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year.
