Get it right and the dealer wins, the buyer trusts the process, and the lender keeps saying yes.

Define and optimize lender matching agents that evaluate deal structure, credit profile, and lender appetite in real time to surface the best submission path on every deal.
Co-deliver AI-powered credit decisioning features that reduce submission errors and improve lender approval rates.
Design prompts and retrieval strategies for agents that validate compliance across TILA, ECOA, and state-level disclosure requirements before deal submission.
We integrate digital insights with in-store operations to deliver transparent transactions that bring clarity to the car buyer and increased profitability to the dealer.

Must Have 5+ years owning the full product lifecycle, with demonstrated ability to bridge market strategy and sprint execution.

Strong command of Jira, including Epic and story authoring, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing automotive F&I transactions - TILA, ECOA, state-level disclosure requirements - and consumer-facing AI (Colorado AI Act, CCPA ADMT, TCPA).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Produces clear PRDs, technical trade-off analyses, and strategy narratives.
Translates complex lending, compliance, and AI concepts into compelling narratives for dealers, executives, and engineering teams.
Strongly Preferred Experience with aftermarket vendor management and F&I product optimization.
