About the role
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our expanding field service team.
- In this role, as Leo Cancer Care brings our machines to market, you will initially provide on-site evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for our Upright CT and Patient Positioning devices, as well as other products.
- You will work closely with our customers to ensure optimal performance and reliability of their equipment, while also identifying opportunities for product improvements and service enhancements.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of a service operation
- Proven experience maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously as required.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience of working with Salesforce is beneficial.
- A valid driving license is required.
