Responsibilities
- Partner with evaluation team to complete needs analysis to determine skills gaps and identify training or audience needs.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in training facilitation and development
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects from start to finish, including stakeholder management
Nice to have
- For injury and illness prevention, licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact, if Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- For obesity, Georgia licensed dietitian currently registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or nationally recognized exercise certification or Registered Nurse with obesity related experience
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field
- Valid Georgia Driver's License
- Must have reliable personal automobile
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Proven ability coordinating programs with multiple deliverables and deadlines
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Proven strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing value-added and comprehensive training plans and tools
