Responsibilities
- Establish solid working relationships with the sales force and support them with processing client applications.
- Maintain and update department process manual.
- Perform other duties pertaining to the Client Services department requested by your immediate manager.
Requirements
- Prior experience in office administration is required.
- Professional proficiency in French and English is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across all channels.
- Technically proficient, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of building rapport while explaining complex information.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Calm and solution-oriented under pressure, maintaining a positive and proactive approach.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to accuracy and attention to detail.
