About the role
- You will be responsible for hiring and career development of your direct reports.
- As a key member of the Engineering leadership team, you will jointly work to define and improve processes, culture and best practices to align with Alluxio's rapid growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field
- 7+ years of experience as a strong hands-on engineer
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing a team of engineers
- Experience working with two or more from the following is a must: distributed and parallel systems, distributed storage systems, architecting large scale software systems, and/or security software development.
- Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, or Go.

Compensation
- $250,000 - $350,000 / year （The final base salary offer within this range is determined by various factors, including candidate experience, technical qualifications, and operational needs. ）
- The posted range reflects the base salary range for this role.
- In addition to base pay, full-time positions at Alluxio are eligible for performance-based annual bonuses, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits package (including health, 401k, and paid time off).
