Knowledge of business and management principles involved in project management, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
Ability to work across all levels of management and staf f.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision, and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
Experience
5+ y ears relevant work experience. Proven track record of successfully managing teams of direct report employees. Experience with review and interpretation of federal and state laws, regulations, and statutes.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role.
$99,100 - $140,000
