Responsibilities
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
- You'll support a broad range of functions spanning: Pharma and Diagnostics Commercial, Technical and Development teams (manufacturing and quality control) Group Functions (Informatics, Finance, HR, Communications, Procurement) and Computational Sciences..
Requirements
- Experience within the Life Sciences sector is advantageous
- however, strong candidates from other industries with proven experience in complex, matrixed organizations will be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field required.
- Minimum of 7 years or more year's results-oriented recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO or agency setting (or 5+ years in a complex matrixed environment )
- Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques via various platforms.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ( Workday & Phenom People)
