Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to maintain the customer relationship.
Requirements
- ■ Minimum 2 years prior experience in Customer Service or answering heavy volume phones.
- Exposure to SAP not required but would be helpful.
- ■ Ability to set goals and achieve scheduled deadlines
