About the role
- Rexel USA is one of the largest distributors of electrical products, data communication, wireless communication and related supplies in the United States.
- Rexel USA operates its electrical distribution business in the United States through eight Regions that go to market under various banner and trade names, including Rexel, Rexel Automation, Gexpro, Mayer, Talley and Platt Electric Supply.
- Responsible for the hiring of new employees, training, and ensuring the safety and maintenance of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory to provide more efficient warehouse flow and ensure accurate receiving and order filling processes
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment and maintain the security of the warehouse
- Evaluate shipping and delivery via common carriers; perform cost analyses and negotiate pricing for shipping services and common carriers
- May participate in seminars and training classes to enhance and maintain necessary business knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- If required to make deliveries:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
- Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- A thorough knowledge of warehousing principles, practices, and procedures is required
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required
- May be required to perform other job functions within a branch when required including but not limited to counter sales and customer support

Nice to have
- 3+ years of Warehouse leadership experience
- Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred

- We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Talley team in Suwanee, GA!
- The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the warehouse team's efficiency and accuracy of filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material in a manner that meets customer demands as well as company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.
- Communicate with customers and company personnel to resolve customer problems and expedite customer deliveries when necessary
