Requirements

  • 7-10 years of federal contract administration experience, preferably supporting DoD or other federal agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Pre-Law, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
  • Knowledge of federal contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimbursable, IDIQ).
  • Experience with subcontract administration and proposal support processes.
  • Ability to interpret complex contractual language and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Strong contract negotiation and risk analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
