About the role
- Position Purpose: BCI is looking for talented, passionate associates to join our Sales Trainee program.
Responsibilities
- Located in ten states, our services and capabilities include custom-designed corrugated packaging, point-of-purchase displays, point-of-sale packaging along with fulfillment and logistics.
- We build the means to shape impressions and influence perceptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in sales/marketing
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record and reliable transportation About BCI Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. (BCI) is a privately held, employee-owned company with twelve (12) corrugated manufacturing facilities, providing an extensive range of corrugated packaging products. Located in ten states, our services and capabilities include custom-designed corrugated packaging, point-of-purchase displays, point-of-sale packaging along with fulfillment and logistics. Nice to have
- Two years outside selling or related experience - preferred, but not required
- Experience in the corrugated box industry - preferred, but not required
- Simply stated, we do not just make boxes.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, listening and verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and results-orientated individual who can work well both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, percentages and volume

Compensation
- Meet or exceed the operating standards in the areas of sales and customer service. Such standards will be set annually and communicated to the Account Executive
