About the role

  • We are looking for a talented engagement manager to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid foundation in analytics, and experience in M&A analytics practice at a Big 4 firm or equivalent with a stellar track record.

Responsibilities

  • As an Engagement Manager, you will lead a team of analytics engineers to design and develop advanced analytics solutions for our private equity-backed company clients.
  • You will work closely with senior client executives to understand their business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions.
  • We partner with PE firms managing more than US$400B in assets and are rapidly expanding globally.
  • Across PE portfolio companies, we drive 3% to 5% EBITDA uplift, accelerate roll-ups through standardized data and KPI frameworks, and maintain continuous exit readiness with high-fidelity performance instrumentation.

Compensation
