About the role
- Campus Safety Officers respond to various calls for service, such as residential/academic lockouts, courtesy rides to and from campus locations, motor vehicle jumpstarts, and others as directed by division or patrol supervisor.
- Campus Safety Officers are Non-Sworn members of the UNH Police Department.
- Campus Safety Officers are not law enforcement, although they work closely with law enforcement to ensure that the campus and its inhabitants remain safe.

Compensation
- There is a student enrollment of 13,000 students, with a full-time faculty of over 600, offering 90 undergraduate and more than 70 graduate programs.
