About the role
- You'll be expected to push on briefs, raise the bar, and move quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM hiring across the US
- Partner closely with commercial leaders to define roles, structure teams, and align on hiring plans
- Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
- Maintain a high bar on candidate quality and experience
- Improve hiring playbooks, interview design, and overall recruiting systems as we scale
- Able to operate at pace and manage multiple roles without losing quality
Requirements
- Experience hiring GTM roles in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Strong track record placing high-quality commercial talent
- Good judgement on talent - you know what "great" looks like and hold the line
