Requirements
- Identifies required spare parts and materials, verifies availability, and coordinates procurement as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years' field experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of rotating equipment and mechanical maintenance practices.
- Experience using maintenance management database systems, preferably Maximo.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, loop diagrams, P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and OEM manuals.
- Ability to respond appropriately during site emergencies as directed by site emergency manager.
- Availability may be required outside normal work hours if mechanical or reliability issues arise, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting maintenance planning for pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment.
- Basic mechanical maintenance background is desirable.
- Prior roles in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing facilities.
- Familiarity with reliability tools such as RCA, FMEA, and condition‑based maintenance.
- Knowledge of applicable safety standards, codes, and regulations (NFPA, OSHA).
Compensation
- Up to 10% of annual salary bonus based on company and individual performance.
