- The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for coordinating and overseeing inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on discrepancies
- Partner with warehouse teams to validate findings and implement corrections
- Maintain inventory accuracy within NetSuite and RF-SMART
- Support master data accuracy (item setup, bins, units of measure)
- Build dashboards to monitor:

- Cycle count procedures
- Inventory best practices
- Compliance expectations
- 3+ years of inventory control experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
- Experience managing multi-site inventory operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel / data analysis skills
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems
