Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Nice to have
- 8+ years of experience in heavy civil or industrial construction, with a focus on estimating, construction, or preconstruction
- water/wastewater experience highly required
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction principles, including excavation, concrete, steel erection, and equipment installation
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, including piping plans, isometric drawings, and P&IDs
- Proficient in estimating software (Heavy Bid or ProEst preferred) and project scheduling tools (Microsoft Project)
- Advanced skills in Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail
