Responsibilities

  • Netskope's AI SecOps team utilizes the latest in AI innovations to build agentic solutions that empower security operations professionals to effectively see, analyze, and take control of what's happening within their companies.
  • Guide senior architects and mentor junior engineers to make strong architecture and design decisions that utilize the latest AI breakthroughs.
  • Collaborate with our product team to promote engineering innovation and out-of-the-box thinking, utilizing both to make strategic decisions on prioritizing feature delivery and timelines.
  • Master the rapidly evolving AI landscape and distill complex research into actionable strategies that enable our team to pivot, adopt new paradigms, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • You will lead a robust technical team that is AI-native and running at high velocity.
  • Architect the Future: Guide senior architects and mentor junior engineers to make strong architecture and design decisions that utilize the latest AI breakthroughs.
  • Set the Strategy: Collaborate with our product team to promote engineering innovation and out-of-the-box thinking, utilizing both to make strategic decisions on prioritizing feature delivery and timelines.
  • Relentlessly Learn: Master the rapidly evolving AI landscape and distill complex research into actionable strategies that enable our team to pivot, adopt new paradigms, and maintain a competitive edge.

  • BSCS or equivalent is required, with an MS in CS or engineering equivalent strongly preferred

Compensation

  • $154,000 - $312,500 USD
  • At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package.
  • The salary range for this position is as listed below.
  • The successful candidate's starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
  • For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement.
  • In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program.
